Four new Assassin's Creed III images show battlefields with crowds of soldiers and strewn corpses, with bonus tranquil wilderness paths.

Gamefreaks posted the images, which were reportedly leaked from PAX East 2012. Probably best to fill up your eyeballs with them now, just in case Ubisoft politely requests we stick them up our jumpers.

Assassin's Creed III arrives in October for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, with a Wii U version undated.
