PSN Charts: Journey tops 2012 to date

Thatgamecompany's Journey is the best-selling PSN game of the year so far, across all PlayStation formats.

The aesthetically-charged exclusive, which released in March, is followed by the ever successful Angry Birds, and the arcade action and addictive trading of NFL Blitz.

Escape Plan is the only Vita-exclusive title to make the cut.
