Some possessed PS4 consoles are beeping or ejecting discs on their own

Some PlayStation 4 owners have experienced their console unexpectedly ejecting discs or beeping for no good reason. Apparently the situation has been experienced enough to warrant Sony creating a video this week on how to keep the offending console in check.

According to the video, PS4 users need to hold down the power button until two beeps are heard. Wait 30 seconds, unplug the console for three minutes, and it should start working properly again once it is plugged back up and powered on.

These instructions should work in both instances. If not the console will need to be serviced because it is possessed and must have its demons exorcised.

Hopefully it's not spitting bile, levitating, terrorizing your dog, or stabbing its crotch with a crucifix.
