PS3 Black Ops update includes Xbox Live message

The latest update to Call of Duty: Black Ops for PS3, released yesterday, has added an Xbox Live message to the mutltiplayer side. Oops.

As spotted by CVG, someone took the picture that showed the message "no XBOX Live party chat" in Search and Destroy for the PS3 version of the Treyarch shooter.

Earlier this week, group Gamers' Voice said it was reporting Activision UK to the Office of Fair Trade for being in breach of the Sales of Good act 1979.
