PS Vita owners reporting problems with PSone Classic transfers

PS Vita firmware update 1.8 makes it possible to play PSone classics on Sony's handheld, but many gamers have spoken out regarding an issue with the content. It seems as if PSone games can't simply be downloaded to your PS Vita and played directly. There is a solution however.

Eagle-eyed Eurogamer readers have been requesting that the site shed light on the issue, so it kindly has.

Reportedly, the only way to get PSone Classics to run on PS Vita is to buy them on your PS3 first, then transfer them to your handheld. If you try and buy direct from your Vita, you will get an error message that says the content cannot be played on the console.

Thanks Eurogamer, and if any VG47 readers have also encountered this issue, please let us know.
