Sony plans to release Project Morpheus during first half of 2016

Sony has confirmed plans to release Project Morpheus during the first half of 2016, per a presentation to investors.

The information provided in the document was included in the firm's strategy section for fiscal year 2015 under the Game & Network Services division.

Elsewhere in the presentation, Sony outlined plans for continued support for first and third-party titles; enhancing PlayStation Plus value to customers; continue its push for hardware cost reduction at manufacturing plants; and to foster PlayStation Now growth.

It also plans to roll out PlayStation Vue in more regions, as previously reported, and to continue updating its network architecture.
