Here's a first look at Project Athia from Luminous Productions

Square Enix studio Luminous Productions showed off Project Athia for PlayStation 5 during Sony's showcase, and it's rather gorgeous.

Project Athia was shown on PS5 today during Sony's showcase, and according to Square Enix, it will "take you on a thrilling other-worldly adventure. At times it will also be action-packed, "twisted, tempestuous, and forbidding."

"We are hard at work on making full use of the exciting potential of the PS5 hardware for this project," said Takeshi Aramaki, head of Luminous Productions.

"While today was just a sneak peek, we’ll have a lot more to show you in the future and we can’t wait to tell you more about the game."

Project Athia is currently the working title of the game.

Luminous Productions was formed in 2018 to work on creating new AAA IPs for an international audience.
