Prison Architect Alpha 17 out now, video overview inside

Prison Architect developer Introversion Software has unleashed the game's Alpha 17 update, along with a new video tour of the content.
In a mailer sent to VG247, Introversion confirmed that Alpha 17 adds shotgun-toting guards into the mix to suppress prisoners, courtesy of the game's new armoury. They'll mostly act as a deterrent against trouble-makers, but you can make them go 'weapons free' and trigger a bloodbath if you're feeling sadistic.
The Prison Architect blog also has updates on new bug-fixes and other UI updates.
