Pokemon Home will no longer work on select older phones in June

In June, Pokemon Home will no longer work on some older phones.

An update to Pokemon Home is scheduled to be implemented in June, which will end support on select phones.

So, if you still own any of the following phones, or it uses a certain operating system, you will no longer be able to use Pokemon Home.

  • Android 5
  • iOS 9
  • iOS 10
  • iOS 11
  • iPhone 5s
  • iPhone 6

If you are considering changing models, it is essential to link the device with your Nintendo Account in order to take over the usage status. You will do this by linking the status of your Nintendo Account from "Settings"> "Accounts".

Pokemon Home was made available for mobile and Switch back in February 2020 to support Pokemon into Sword and Shield and both Let's Go games. Support for Pokemon Go was added in November of the same year.
