Pokemon Go Nearby feature expanding, available now in the UK

Pokemon Go's often rumoured Nearby feature, is rolling out to more and more locations.
Niantic has finally announced that it's expanding the Nearby feature for Pokemon Go to the rest of the United States, and "large parts" of Europe.
The feature has since rolled out in the UK. Nearby can be seen in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, and lets you track Pokemon close by. The ones that show up will be around a Pokestop, and the tool will guide you towards them.
They may not always be there when you reach the spot, however, and the game will display a message to let you know.
Ideally, you should be able to choose to go after the Pokemon you're currently chasing, or switching to Nearby view to see other creatures around.
