Pokemon Delta Emerald just got trademarked in Japan

Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby look set to be followed by Delta Emerald, if Nintendo's latest trademark filing is anything to go by.

It follows this Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby footage of Groudon and Kryogre doing their thing on 3DS. Both remakes are out in November.

Now, Gematsu reports that Nintendo's “Delta Emerald” trademark was filed on May and went public May 29.

Pokemon Emerald was the third GBA entry to the series behind Sapphire and Ruby, but Nintendo has yet to announce a remake of the game.
