Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby get Steelix, Glalie mega evolutions

Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby has more mega evolution forms than ever before, with yet another set announced today.

The latest Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby mega evolutions to be revealed are Steelix and Glalie.

According to Polygon, Mega Steelix has additional defense and the Iron Tail move.

Mega Glalie has Sheer Cold and Refrigerate, which turns Normal-type moves into Ice-type.

Other Mega Evolutions announced so far include Latios and Latias; Pidgeot and Beedrill; Slowbro; Audino; Rayquaza; Metagross; Sceptile, Swampert, Blaziken and Diancie; Sableye; Altaria, Lopunny and Salamence. And probably several more we missed because gee whiz, there sure are a lot of them this time.

Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby are 3DS exclusives due on November 21.
