PlayStation Plus games for September include Journey, Lords of the Fallen

Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus line up for September.
Hopefully, you picked up the August offerings in time.
Subscribers in both Europe and North America can grab Lords of the Fallen and Journey for PlayStation 4.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and Datura are the PS3 games for the month, and Badland will be available for PS Vita, PS4 and PS3.
Vita users can pick up Amnesia: Memories.
