Sony’s announced what European and US PlayStation Plus members can expect for the months of January and February, and lucky for you we've highlighted the good bits below.

Europe

From today through February 2, members can get a dose of Shatter on PSN, and Borderlands as free game trial. Those who purchase the full game after the trial period has ended will get a DLC bundle.

Exclusive discounts for the time allotted include: Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for 20 percent off, Battlefield 1943 for 40 percent off until January 18, and a Costume Quest with DLC Bundle for 20 percent off until January 19.

From February 2 through March 2, there'll be exclusive discounts on Crash Bandicoot, Flow, Worms: Battle Island, and quite a few more. Additional goodies are to be announced as well.

Get the full thing over on the EU PS Blog.

North America

Over on the NA-end of the worlds, PlayStation Plus highlights for January 18 include Hero of Sparta free, discounts on Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and R.U.S.E. – The Chimera Pack, along with a Burn Zombie Burn Home item, and Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse (Episodes 1-5).

SCEA hasn't posted everything to expect into February, but what is listed so far can be found over on the US PS Blog.
