PlayStation 3 firmware update 4.10 rolling out

A new PlayStation 3 firmware update should hit today, as detailed on the the US PS Blog. The update includes a new terms of service agreement pertaining to the PlayStation Network's absorption into the broader Sony Entertainment Network, as well as improvements to the console's browser.
