Plants vs Zombies to drop on Android this month

PopCap has announced its bestselling tower defence titles, Plants vs Zombies, will arrive on Android this month, and if you keep your eyes open, you can get it for free.

CVG reports the vegetables-versus-undead title, along with stablemate Chuzzle, will be exclusive to the Amazon Appstore for two weeks, before going on to broader release.

Priced at $2.99, the game will be free on release day. Nobody seems to know when that actually is, though, so - ohhh, that's clever, Amazon. Happily, there's only 14 left to pick from.

Currently, Plants vs Zombies is available on DS, iDevice, Mac, PC, the PSN and Xbox Live.
