Pier Solar HD: Mega Drive RPG licensed for PS4 & Xbox One, coming to some platforms Q2

Pier Solar HD is the remastered Mega Drive RPG from WaterMelon, and it's just been licensed for release on PS4 and Xbox One. It'll also come to a variety of other platforms in Q2, 2014.
It follows confirmation that Pier Solar HD will launch on Wii U in April. Hit the link to see Nintendo's eShop trailer.
Pier Solar HD is currently accepting votes on Steam Greenlight, with a view to launch there Q2, 2014.
Polygon reports that the RPG is now due to release on 11 platforms this year. It'll hit Android, Dreamcast, Linux, Mac, Ouya, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in Q2. The Xbox One release has been confirmed but hasn't been discussed yet.
