PC - Splinter Cell: Conviction gets patched

Ubisoft has released a patch for Splinter Cell: Conviction, which should auto-load for you considering you have to be online at all times to play the thing.
Updates include: Added DLC support; disconnections in co-op mode; multi-CPU support for SLI/Crossfire; fixed crashes and minor bugs; graphics glitches when running in low visual quality fixed; low-end video card optimizations; added GTX400 Nvidia video card support; more.
If you use Steam, it will give you the option to patch as well.
