Ubisoft has revealed that patch 4 for Assassin's Creed Unity will be released on all platforms December 15.

The patch is supposedly the last one before Christmas and it's aimed at improving stability and performance, along with fixing online matchmaking and connectivity issues. This patch follows patch 3, which was major in its own right.

Not many details were revealed about the patch, so we expect those to pop up on Monday. Some of the general issues that will be addresed in it however, were outlined earlier.
