Overwatch teaser could be pointing to a medic hero
Blizzard has kicked off a new teaser campaign for what we can only assume is Overwatch's 30th hero.
The developer posted an in-universe letter on the Overwatch official site. In it, Captain Cuerva reports an encounter with former Talon operative Jean-Baptiste Augustin.
Cuerva and team were sent to retrieve or eliminate Augustin for leaving Talon. The defecting hero, who is possibly the character being teased here, is a medic who's also apparently a really good shot, per Cuerva's report.
Along with the report, Blizzard also posted a cryptic video on Twitter.
There's not much you can glean from it at first glance, but someone actually deciphered the hex code shown towards the end (via Shack News) and revealed it does indeed spell out Baptiste's name.
Judging by recent Overwatch character reveals, expect more teasers to follow over the coming days. As we get closer to the official unveiling, the teasers will become much simpler.
