Overwatch League player suspended indefinitely over new allegations

Boston Uprising's DreamKazper has been suspended from the Overwatch League while allegations against him are investigated.

Jonathan "DreamKazper" Sanchez, a DPS player for Boston Uprising, has been suspended from the Overwatch League after sexual misconduct allegations emerged online. And unlike the temporary suspensions levied against his peers for inappropriate behavior, this suspension is indefinite until an investigation is completed.

These allegations, as reported by PC Gamer, are quite serious. A post written by a reportedly 14-year old fan claims she and Sanchez engaged in regular conversations of a sexual nature, despite being made aware of her age early in the relationship. These claims, while unverified, are supported with extensive screenshots of their conversations.

Beyond the Overwatch League, Boston Uprising is also taking the matter seriously. The team has levied its own suspension against Sanchez and will be conducting its own investigation as well.

As of this point, Sanchez has yet to make a statement on the allegations.
