A new(ish) demo for Devil May Cry 5 is out now for PS4 and Xbox One. Capcom has updated the original Xbox One-only demo, so even if you played it back in December there are reasons to give it another whirl.

While this demo for Devil May Cry 5 is set in the same area and once again sees you slaying demons as Nero, but you'll get a better taste of what the full game will offer. For one, you can use the Punch Line Devil Breaker (a robotic arm that wasn't in the first demo), which can be used to fire out rockets in a variety of ways. Nero will gain access to multiple Devil Breakers throughout Devil May Cry 5.

For many players, having a new Devil Breaker to play around with would be enough to warrant another playthrough of the demo, but the real bonus here is being able to play through the demo again and carry your progress forward. This ties nicely with Nico's van being available, letting you upgrade Nero's skills.
