Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition hits PC next week

Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition will release for PC on April 27, Microsoft has announced.

The new and improved version will be available via Steam or the Windows 10 store, and is a $5 upgrade for owners of the current version on Steam.

A 2D sidescroller, Ori and the Blind Forest has won over 30 awards at DICE, GDC, the BAFTAs and more. It has been lauded both for its platforming action and spectacularly beautiful visuals, crafted from hand-drawn artwork. The re-release took over a year to produce, and packs in new areas, music, story and abilities, as well as an easy mode and save point fast travel.

The Windows 10 build boasts support for higher resolutions and cross-save with Xbox One.
