Order & Chaos rakes in $1 million in first three weeks

Gameloft has announced that its MMORPG Order & Chaos, has turned over $1 million in just 20 days on the App Store.

"We knew that this first real MMORPG experience for iPhone and iPad would meet the quality standards our customers want," Gameloft's Gonzague de Vallois said, , in what imagine was a justifiably gloating tone, as reported by Gamasutra.

Adding that Gameloft is keen to "further enrich" the game, de Vallois referenced an upcoming content update. Scheduled for June, the update will add new quests as well as server migration and language-specific chat rooms.

Order & Chaos is priced at $6.99, which includes three months' subscription to the game. Six months' additional subscription is $3.

Gameloft has seen massive success on the App Store, posting a 16 percent increase in revenue during 2010. The company, headed by Ubisoft co-founders Michael and Yves Guillemot, is expanding onto Android, but has drawn criticism for its derivative products.
