OMG Zombies making the jump to Steam this week

OMG Zombies, a new version of the much-improved Vita remake of a PSP title, is porting over to PC.

The $5 title hits Steam on February 13, developer Laughing Jackal revealed in a blog post.

For those who came in late, OMG Zombies first released as OMG-Z for PSP, then OMG HD Zombies on Vita, before losing the HD for this latest port. It has players facing down zombies which pop when attacked or when a piece of another popped zombie lands on them, allowing for massive chain attacks.

It features eight zombie classes with unique destruction effects, 100 levels which unlock in branching paths depending on performance, 100 upgrades, 12 trophies, and a prestige mode unlocked if you reach Platinum standard, unlocking leaderboard multipliers.

The PC port includes new resolution settings, Steam leaderboards, mouse/keyboard and gamepad support, trading cards and cloud saving.

Thanks, Joystiq.
