Oculus Rift now supports spectacles

Head mounted display Oculus Rift has been redesigned for the comfort of those who wear glasses.

Previous builds of the tech were extremely uncomfortable for those wearing glasses, but in a new blog post, the Oculus Rift team outlined how they've implemented solutions.

For starters, it's now supplying three sets of removable eyecups, two of which include corrections for near-sightedness (long-sighted users should have no problems with the basic view).

Unfortunately, these solutions won't help everyone, especially those suffering astigmatism. But Oculus Rift will be adjustable, so you can make room for your glasses (or, if you're a big thinker, a pronounced forehead). For those with the opposite problem, you'll be able to bring the viewing fields in closer to the eye, too.

Thanks, PCGamesN.
