No Watch Dogs demo before launch, says creative director

Watch Dogs will not be getting a demo before launch, Jonathan Morin, creative director of the title has confirmed.

Answering a fan question on Twitter about the existence of a demo, he said, "[There is] no demo planned before release. Sorry for the wait."

He later explained to another fan that the reason for the decision, is that demos "take time," while promising to release more footage of the game closer to launch.

The upcoming open-world game recently received a Welcome to Chicago trailer which was later confirmed to contain footage from a PS4 Devkit footage by the same man.

Watch Dogs will be out on on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One at the end of May with no date for the Wii U version.
