Nioh 2 update fixes plenty of bugs, speeds up Proficiency gains, more

A patch for Nioh 2 has been released, and it comes with plenty of fixes.

Update 1.05 is now available for Nioh 2, and alongside plenty of bug fixes comes some adjustments.

Once the update is applied to your game, you will gain Proficiency faster when using a weapon not as high in Proficiency your highest proficiency leveled weapon.

Speaking of Proficiency, less is now required in a few of the Dojo missions.

The update has also lowered the health of Gaki and some of their attack power, and the strength of a few overpowered attacks used by enemies has been lowered.

Also, the recommended levels of some missions have been adjusted to make them more adequately reflect their perceived difficulty.

There's plenty more to the patch notes, as you can see by the tweet; however, Gematsu has transcribed the notes for easier reading.

If you're just picking the game up and need more information on the best builds and level up stats, we have you covered. If you are having trouble with bosses, here's how to beat every boss in Nioh 2.
