Mega Man and his Scram Kitty are having a Wii Party on US Nintendo eShop

Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails, Mega Man 4, and Wii Party U have all landed on the North American end of the Nintendo eShop. So has Moon Chronicles, and Atlus has knocked some clams off of Code of Princess, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked and others. Full update is below.
