Nintendo still "least green tech firm", says Greenpeace

Huge BBC article here about how Nintendo, yet again, has come bottom of the top when it comes to being eco-friendly.

"The quarterly Greenpeace Guide to Greener Electronics ranks 18 electronics firms by how green their production processes and products are," says the article.

Nintendo has its own take on the result, saying yet again that it simply doesn't want to be involved in the report, an uncooperative stance that lands the company at the bottom of the scale.

"Greenpeace chose to conduct a survey and produce a report, which graded companies upon the voluntary submission of information," a spokesperson said.

"Nintendo decided not to take part in the survey and were therefore 'ungraded' in the resulting report."

Greenpeace is still having none of it, however saying that it's been trying contact Nintendo without any response since 2007.

This story is, of course, ongoing.
