Nintendo leaves the Dark Ages with PayPal integration on the Switch eShop in US and Europe

No such luck on the 3DS or Wii U, but it'll do.

It took long enough. Nintendo Switch users can, at long last, use PayPal in the eShop.

The announcement came from PayPal who announced the integration with the Switch eShop.

You can also use PayPal on Nintendo's official website to buy software downloads for the 3DS and the WiiU, and add more moolah to your account.

It's a bit of a pain that it's still absent in the WiiU and 3DS eShops, but having it on their newest console is a no brainer, and we haven't had to wait too long post-launch to get it.
