Nintendo has announced another mythical Pokemon

Magearna, an 'artificial' Pokemon made out of metal, just became the 722nd Pokemon.

According to the official Pokemon website, Magearna "has a metallic body and was created by humans 500 years ago". It's going to be the focus of the next Pokemon movie, which will also feature the previously revealed Volcanion.

We'd expect it to pop up in the games at some point though, especially since Nintendo has announced distribution plans for several legendary and mythical Pokemon. Alternatively, Magearna could end up featuring in a future Pokemon game release.

Meanwhile, Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow are due for the 3DS Virtual Console, and are featuring in limited edition 2DS bundles if you want to relieve simpler times.
