Square Enix can't quite decide if the PC version of Nier: Automata is out the same day as PS4

Nier: Automata is out on PC day and date with PS4. Or not, depending on which day you deiced to google this bit of info.

At PlayStation Experience this past weekend, Square Enix announced a few details about Nier: Automata. One of which was a confirmation of the game's Western release date.

However, the trailer confirming the date only mentioned the PS4 version, which makes sense, seeing as it was released at a PlayStation event. This lead many to wonder if the PC version would release on the same date, or if it's going to lag behind a bit.

Square Enix quickly confirmed to PCGamer that the March 7 date covers both version, but that's not the end of it. A day later, the publisher contacted the site again to re-clarify that the previous information was incorrect.

The official word is that there's currently no release date for the PC version.
