New Super Mario Bros. U DLC confirmed, first details teased

Nintendo has embraced the DLC generation it seems, as New Super Mario Bros. U follows the example laid down by its baby brother New Super Mario Bros. 2 on 3DS. The developer has hinted at incoming content as part of a new Iwata Asks session. Check out the tease below.

ONM reports that New Super Mario Bros. producer Takashi Tekuza said the team is, "Planning additional courses," for the game, although he suggested that the content could be a long way off yet.

"We're trying to think of ways of play that are different from New Super Mario Bros. 2, but we haven't made anything yet."

Meanwhile, New Super Mario Bros. reviews are hitting a favourable consistency. Check out our score round up here.
