New Monster Hunter World Event Quest lets you wear Kulu-Ya-Ku's head
The string of ridiculous head wear in Monster Hunter World continues with the new Egg Lovers United Event Quest.
A couple of weeks after the release of Monster Hunter World's much talked about Wiggler helmet, Capcom has updated the game with another Event Quest for an even more bizarre headpiece reward.
The quest, called Egg Lovers United, is live now in time for Easter. Completing it nets you the head of Kulu-Ya-Ku, one of the game's monsters, to wear as hat. It's well-animated and is really unsettling to look at.
Egg Lovers United is a six-star quest that requires Hunter Rank 11 or higher. It tasks you with taking down a Kulu-Ya-Ku in the arena. This is a giant version of the monster, not the standard one you come across in the world.
You'll need to repeat this fight as many times as needed in order to get the required tickets (three) to be able to craft the Kulu-Ya-Ku head. This is another chance to also earn your Large Gold Crown Trophy/achievement.
The Kulu-Ya-Ku head has the Pro Transporter skill, which increase your speed while transporting items. You can also give it any colour you want.
The quest is available until April 5. You should also check out Effluvial Opera, Chew The Fat, and Challenge Quest 2: Intermediate - all of which are available during the same time window.
