New Blur trailer looks seriously Bizarre, beta rumoured for March 1

blur

Bizarre Creations has released its latest Blur trailer, and if ever a game stank of heritage, this is it.

Fans of the studio will do an automatic eye-widening manoeuvre when they view the multiplay footage below - it's like sci-fi Gotham.

Very little has been seen of the game up till now, but Activision did hold a press tour in Liverpool this week. We couldn't attend, unfortunately, and if this is anything to go by we're about to pay in blood. The game looks fantastic.

Blur is a "metropolis street racer" involving weapons and competitive play. As per the trailer, you can turn off all the power-ups and race sim-style, go one-to-one with all weapons, take photos of play and tons more.

This GAF thread's rumouring the Blur beta for March 1: Fileplanet's teasing a "top secret Xbox 360 beta" for that date (thanks, TheDutchSlayer).

Watch. It. It's still down for "2010", according to the footage, for PC, 360 and PS3, although only "Xbox Live" is listed at the end of the video. That's for the beta, presumably. Thanks, Joystiq.
