Netflix surveys Americans on streaming movies to 360

According to this, US movie retailer Netflix has surveyed American 360 owners to gauge interest at streaming films to the console. The company has so far declined to say whether or not the interest means a real move towards a new service for the machine, saying only that it's concerned with getting its films on the public's TVs "in as many ways as possible."

The news follows the announcement of a partnership in January between Netflix and LG Electronics to produce a set-top box to stream movies to HD televisions.
