NCsoft promotes Chris Hager to producer of Aion
NCsoft has announced that Aion associate producer Chris "Kinslon" Hager is now the game's full-fledged producer.
"We're all very excited to follow our new Producer forward," said NCsoft community manager Andrew Beegle (via Massively). "His intricate knowledge of Aion and deep history with the game and NCsoft are invaluable as we move forward.
"Needless to say, there is plenty to be excited about that we have yet to announce."
Hager has been with NCsoft since 2005 and worked on multiple NCsoft titles throughout the years including Guild Wars, Lineage II and Aion in various Quality Assurance and Associate Producer positions.
The Aion team has chatted frequently about new content and changes coming to the game this year, although it has remained very tight lipped about it.
One of these changes, although not necessarily one players may get to see this year, is updated graphics that are shockingly amazing for an MMO.
The game runs on the Crytek engine, and since it's primarily used for first person shooters, the Aion development team had to rearrange about 90 percent of the engine to make it work.
