Update: Pat is messaging us the goings on now.

Original: The Natal Event has started LA, and since no recording devices and the like are allowed, we're going to describe the goings on that we're hearing around the net best we can.

So, keep checking this for constant updates.

The line is massive.
Kojima and Itagaki are there. So is Cliffy B.
Everyone is being asked to don "interactive white ponchos". Pat included. They have massive shoulder pads in 'em.
A mermaid is sitting on a rock.
There is a "forest" one has to climb into, a television as well.
A family is suspended in the air on a couch.
Michael Cera, Billy Crystal, Nadine Coyle (which Johnny is p**sed about) and Raven-Symone are there.
Peter Moore is in the house.
It all looks very Heaven's Gate-ish or maybe Logan's Run. Can't decide.
Acey Bongos just said: All the Cirque folk are dressed up like the blue bunch from Avatar. But not blue. All very natural and relaxing. There are pan pipes.
D'toids Nick Chester just tweeted that a Cirque de Soleil performer wearing a sardine can on his ear was handing everyone tin cans on strings. He also said that: "There's some kind of electronic hardware hidden in the shoulder pads of these robes they made us wear. Weird".
Christina Hendricks is there.
Pat just told me he was standing next to Itagaki.
BioWare's Stephaie Bayer just said the ponchos made her fell likr she was at a Gallagher show.

There's a scene of Avatars up on the walls walking around in a forest. Over and over again. Forever (per Pat).
Matt Bertz from Game Informer just said it looked like KKK rally there.
Pat just said there is no music anymore. Everyone is just standing around.
A green rectangular screen just descended from the ceiling. Says "prologue" on it and is showing a video of people drumming.
Drumming getting faster. The couch is coming down from the ceiling.
The performers are circulating through the crowd.
The Avatars are no longer on the screens. A kid walks on stage. Then a green ball is being thrown around the crowd.
All the performers are going "mental" at the front of the stage.

It's a dancing game, like reported earlier and Pat says that you match the moves on the screen - three can play together.Kinect Dance

You can also pick between apps by moving a white glowing ball
They're showing people reach to grab photos in chat with hand movements
Screens are now being lifted up on on the walls to reveal dancing families behind them - real ones, apparently, in large rooms.
Dancing stopped.
CliffyB just said everyone in a poncho was glowing (?) Ok.
The kid is back and standing on the Xbox logo

The performers are now all bowing and dancing out of the room
