Namco Bandai posts FY13 results, posts unit sales for Soul Calibur 5, Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Namco Bandai has released its fiscal year results for the year ending March 31, 2013, with reported revenue at ¥32 billion ($324 million) compared to ¥19 billion ($192 million) the prior year.

The firm also noted that Dark Souls moved 2.3 million units on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, Soul Calibur 5 moved 1.7 million on PS3 and Xbox 360, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 shifted 1.5 million on PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360.

Naruto Shippuden Storm Generation moved 1.2 million on PS3 and Xbox 360 and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Storm 3 moved 1 million on PS3 and Xbox 360.

In Japan, One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 on PS3 and Vita moved 590,000 units and Tales of Xillia 2 moved 500,000 on PS3.

The firm expects FY14 revenue to bit ¥26 billion($233 million) for the full year.
