MS's GC Press Event: Fable III is all about starting a revolution
Peter Molyneux was on stage this morning, talking about Fable III, at MS's GC presser where he's revealed a bit of the game's detail.
You start as the son or daughter of your hero from Fable II, where a tyrant is running Albion. According to Molyneux, one of the key aspects for the game is revolution.
"We want you to be ruler, but we're not going to give it to you straight away."
Half of the game sees you go through is known as the "Journey to Rule. Assmingly, the first half is where you try and drum up support, getting people to believe in "change."
"Here's the thing that's really interesting - are you going to keep those promises, when you rule? Are you going to be able to?"
And here's the kicker folks. You can be tyrant too once you take charge.
