Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord shows off siege defense gameplay at Gamescom
This new trailer shows what it's like to repeal enemy invaders in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord.
The game is being displayed at Gamescom right now; this is just a taste.
This is, the narrator points out, still a game in development (which would explain why crowds act so strangely), but you get a good sense of scale of destruction from this video.
Things escalate quickly as the invading forces start to climb the walls and wheel in a battering ram. In fact, the whole thing looks pretty intense.
Mount and Blade 2 offer several new features, and will be able to simulate some massive battles.
The game does not have a release date yet, but it will release on PC.
