Mortal Kombat X digital pre-orders now open on Xbox One

Mortal Kombat X will download ahead of launch for those who pre-order on Xbox One.

Pre-orders for Mortal Kombat X are now available on Xbox Live for Xbox One.

Although Major Nelson's announcement doesn't make it explicit when pre-downloads become available, it does confirm the fighter will download ahead of launch date.

The PC, PS4 and Xbox One version releases in mid-April, while the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version will come out in northern summer.
