Mortal Kombat - Mileena, Sub-Zero, Cage, and Scorpion pull heads off in new video

A fatality video for Mortal Kombat is posted below. Hopefully you haven't eaten anything in the last 15 minutes or so.
The video, posted by Gamespot, really deserves its M-rating - although we're unsure where the "brief nudity" part is in it. We looked for it though.
Mortal Kombat releases on April 21 for PS3, and Xbox 360. A PC version is currently under consideration by the developers.
