More playable species announced for SWTOR

BioWare has announced some additional playable species for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Very exciting, is this.

Okay, we'll stop trying talk like Yoda and get right to it, because we are horrible at it:

• Sith Pureblood - The red-skinned descendants of  Sith Lords.
• Miraluka - Lacking eyes, but use the Force to see as they're sensitive to it.
• Zabrak: Basically Darth Maul in the Phantom Menace, who was also a Sith Lord.
• Mirialans- Known to tattoo their faces and hands to denote a completed task or test they passed.

Classes previously announced include the Rattataki, Chiss,  Twi’lek, and others that can be found here.

All classes will include optional non-human species and further options are to be announced in the coming months.

SWTOR is slated for spring 2011.
