Monster Hunter World: Iceborne performance issues on PC being looked into

Capcom is looking into reports of performance issues with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on PC.

Performance issues are plaguing some users since Monster Hunter World: Iceborne released on PC this week.

According to Game Watcher, many players are also reporting high CPU loads with both Iceborne and the original game since the latest patch was released.

Capcom said it is aware of performance issues and is currently investigating (thanks, Blue).

This isn't the only issue affecting the game since the expansion released on PC.

Players reported at launch save files could not be found when the game performed a save file check. It's been reported that they have received an error message stating “no compatible save was found," and upon continuing, the game would create a new save file and delete the old one. Capcom is also currently looking into this particular issue.
