Two limited edition Monster Hunter Generations themed New 3DS XL models will be released alongside the game.

Monster Hunter Generations releases in July with special edition New 3DS XL

The European version is red, and the one for North America is blue.

Nintendo announced the new special editions alongside Capcom's release date for the title.

Known in Japan as Monster Hunter X, Monster Hunter Generations will launch in North America and Europe on July 15.

It will come pre-installed on the aforementioned New 3DS models. GameStop in the US is currently taking pre-orders for the game and the special edition system.

A demo will be made available for the game this summer.
