Microsoft to hold gamescom Play Day on August 16

Microsoft's just sent out word it's to hold its second Play Day event at gamescom on August 16.

It'll take place in Cologne betwen 12.30pm and 3.30pm, just before the EA press conference.

Not many other details were given, but it'll feature "a preview of our 2011 show content and news." So that means Gears of War 3, Forza 4, Halo Anniversary and Fable: The Journey, to name a few.

Last year's event from us seen hands-on with Halo Reach, interviews with Bungie and Lionhead and some prick dancing to Dance Central. Expect us to go further than that this year and go all out.
