MGS1 rumoured for XBLA

Do these rumours actually sit on a virtually merry-go-round, or something? Ripten's claiming someone told the site that the original Metal Gear Solid's going to be released on XBLA, but doesn't offer a release date.
We'll call Konami this morning because, as the site says, "rumours can turn out to be false". It's not like we have anything better to do.
