Stop the leak at the Mfinda Oilfield facility and destroy the oily water separator tank without being detected.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain – [Total Stealth] Pitch Dark Mission Objectives

This is a total stealth run of episode 13, so it's game over if anyone gets a glimpse of you.

  • Shut down the oil transfer pump
  • Destroy the oily water separator tank
  • Extract 4 child soldiers being trained at Masa Village
  • Exfiltrate the hot zone before Mfinda Oilfield is sealed off
  • Extract the lappet-faced vulture that wandered into the burned-down village
  • Extract 4 Walker Gears sealing off Mfinda Oilfield

Extract 4 child soldiers being trained at Masa Village

After you get dropped off, head to village and proceed to the northern end where you'll spot the child soldiers.

Tranqilise them without getting detected, and if you've upgraded your fulton to use on children (by extracting the White Mamba in side ops 23 and giving him a beatdown in side ops 113), extract them.

If not, rather than carrying them all to the LZ, call in a vehicle supply drop, load in three kids (the maximum you can stuff in there) and extract it.

Repeat the process to get all four kids out of there.

Head to the burned-down village marked on the map above.

Having DD with you is the quickest way to spot the vulture. Otherwise, scope the area with your int-scope before heading in to mark it.

Shut down the oil transfer pump and destroy the oily water separator tank

The oil transfer pump is in the room on the top floor of the building here. Flip the switch before addressing the tank.

The tank is at the back of the oilfield and as soon as it’s destroyed, the alarm will go off and soldiers with Walkers will head your way to seal off the oilfeld.

Exfiltrate the hot zone before Mfinda Oilfield is sealed off

If you destroy the anti-air radar, you can call in a pick up from near the entrance. If you haven't cleared out the soldiers, be careful that you don't get spotted on your way there.

Alternatively, sneak out and call in your ride from outside of the oilfield.

Extract 4 Walker Gears sealing off Mfinda Oilfield

As soon as you destroy the tank, soldiers with Walker Gears will make their way to the oilfield.

A pair of Walkers will guard each exit when they arrive so take out the pilots and extract them to complete the objective.
